1. Delivery Options

We provide flexible shipping methods to suit the size of your order and your location:

Store Pickup: You are welcome to collect your equipment directly from our warehouse in Industrial Area, Nairobi, at no extra cost.

Standard Delivery (Nairobi & Environs): Same-day or next-day delivery for small to medium-sized equipment within the Nairobi metropolitan area.

Countrywide Doorstep Delivery: We partner with leading logistics providers and specialized transporters to deliver heavy machinery to all 47 counties in Kenya.

Parcel/Courier Services: For smaller tools, spare parts, and accessories, we use trusted couriers (e.g., G4S, Wells Fargo, or local shuttles) for fast, affordable shipping.

2. Delivery Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Distance: The mileage from our Nairobi hub to your location.

Weight & Volume: Larger machines (like tractors or industrial millers) require specialized transport.

Special Handling: Any crane or offloading equipment required at the destination.

Note: We often offer Free Delivery on specific high-value items or within a certain radius of Nairobi. Please check the product description or contact us for a quote.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Nairobi & Kiambu: 1–6 hours

Major Towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 24–48 hours

Remote/Rural Areas: 2–3 business days

Regional Delivery (Uganda/Tanzania/Rwanda): 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)

4. Our Delivery Process

Verification: Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our technical team performs a final pre-delivery inspection.

Dispatch: You will receive a notification (via WhatsApp or Phone) once your machinery is loaded and on its way.

Tracking: For long-distance hauls, we provide the driver’s contact details and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Handover: Our delivery team will ensure the equipment reaches you in perfect condition. For certain machines, basic setup and a demonstration can be arranged upon arrival.

5. Important Considerations

Access: Please ensure that the delivery site is accessible by truck. If there are narrow paths or height restrictions, kindly inform us in advance.

Offloading: For very heavy industrial equipment, the customer is generally responsible for providing offloading labor or machinery (like a forklift) unless otherwise agreed.

Insurance: High-value shipments are insured during transit to protect your investment against any unforeseen damage.
