Condition: Unless otherwise stated, machinery is sold in the condition described (New or Refurbished). It is the buyer's responsibility to verify specifications before purchase.

3. Pricing and Payments

Currency: All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, or Cheque (subject to clearing).

Taxes: Prices may be subject to VAT as per Kenyan tax laws.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide. Wemi Traders is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or clearing agents.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the equipment passes to the customer upon delivery or collection from our premises.

5. Returns and Refunds

Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect machinery upon delivery.

Policy: Returns are only accepted for items that are functionally defective or do not match the agreed-upon specifications, provided the claim is made within 7 days of receipt.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to seller error.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wemi Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or crop failure) arising from the use of equipment purchased from us. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and product names, is the property of Wemi Traders and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Use of Communication Tools
